Job Description:
KMH Therapy is seeking a licensed clinician to join an established group practice in the Boston Metrowest community, Natick MA. We are currently a team of 3 licensed clinical social workers and are looking for skilled clinicians to provide service to clients on our ever-growing waitlist. DBT training and/or interest in working with clients ages 6-13 is valued. This is a unique opportunity for clinicians interested in growing or supplementing their career in a financially sustainable, flexible, and meaningful way. Our practice is located in South Natick Center and is available for in-person individual and group sessions. KMH Therapy also supports remote work through telehealth. Employees are able to create their own schedules with caseloads between 16 and 30 clients and are supported through individual and group supervision and on call clinical support as needed from our team members. We offer a comprehensive compensation package including a competitive fee for service rate structure, a health insurance stipend, and financial incentives for professional training and development.
