Job Description:
Livewell Therapy Associates is a growing, dynamic, value-driven psychotherapy practice in the Back Bay of Boston. As we continue to grow, Livewell Therapy Associates seeks skilled clinicians to join our team of therapists. At Livewell, we offer individual and couples therapy and work with clients on a wide range of presenting issues including anxiety, couples and relationship issues, gender identity and transition, mood disorders, major life changes, mindfulness as well as many other clinical issues. We are an intentionally LGBTQIA+ affirmative practice and we enjoy working with college students, adults, couples and occasionally adolescents 14 and older. All of our therapists are experienced and committed to working with gender diverse clients at any and all points in their journey. We are committed to the social and clinical growth of our team through weekly case consultation meetings, opportunities to connect socially and ongoing support.
We seek experienced, skilled and independently licensed LICSWs, PhDs, PsyDs, LMFTs or LMHCs who would thrive in a stimulating and supportive group practice setting. Given our client population, we are particularly interested in clinicians with experience in working with gender-diverse clients, queer and poly couples, and college students, or those who have strong clinical skills and the desire to grow in these areas. We are also committed to having a clinical team that reflects our community and client population and we value and encourage applicants of diverse backgrounds. Requirements/Qualifications:
Psychotherapists should have a Master’s Degree, PhD or PsyD and experience working with clients in an outpatient setting
Full time clinicians are contracted for 28 clinical hours per week in order to receive full time benefits. We are open to speaking with applicants on an individual basis about different contracted client hours.
Clinicians are expected to be able to work independently, complete all notes and documentation in a timely manner and attend weekly clinical consultation and team meetings.
Clinicians are expected to work collaboratively with colleagues and as part of a team.
Salary:
65-75,000 for pre licensed, 75-110,000 for licenses

Other information:
Competitive salary as a W2 employee. $75K-$110K, depending on caseload, experience and degree. (pre-licensed clinicians start at $65K-75K depending on caseload and experience)
2+ weeks paid time off, accrued at a rate of 1 hour per 25 hours worked
Payment for meetings and admin time
Participation in Livewell’s Health Insurance plan with BCBS (50% covered by employer)
Participation in Livewell’s 401K plan after 1 year of employment, with a match up to 6%
Billing and administrative support from a full-time billing and office manager who handles all insurance inquiries, copays and other administrative tasks.
