Location: Boston, Saugus (North Shore catchment)

Job Description:
Are you a clinician who wants to empower and inspire families to achieve their goals? Do you want to gain experience in diagnostic evaluations, treatment planning, and evidence based interventions? Eliot, is seeking a passionate, empowering clinician to support clients within their diverse home environments utilizing the Wraparound model.

Responsibilities:
Direct weekly family therapy
Individual coaching for the caregiver
Skill building with the youth weekly
This is mainly done in the home, but can be done in school, coaching via phone, or occasionally telehealth as needed by family request.

Requirements/Qualifications:
MSW, LCSW or LICSW.
Requires a driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Salary:
60,000 with Eligible for a monthly incentive for additional hours billed.
