The Office of Prevention & Education at Northeastern University is currently seeking an Assistant Director to join our collaborative, innovative, and multidisciplinary team. The Assistant Director is responsible for providing alcohol and other drug (AOD) services to students utilizing motivational interviewing and BASICS, developing AOD prevention and education initiatives and programming, supporting the development of mental health programs, such as training for students, staff and faculty on mental health response, and assisting with university wellness and violence prevention initiatives. Candidates with a social work, counseling, or related background are strongly encouraged to apply.
