Job Description:
Queen Anne is looking for a full time Social Worker to join our team. In this role you will be helping in coordinating care plans, case management for our short-term rehab patients, handling grievances, and much more! It is a great position for entering into Long-term Care and helping out the elderly population we serve in the community!

Requirements/Qualifications:
LSW, MSW or LICSW

Salary:
60,000-70,000
