Job Description:
The Division of Palliative Care and Geriatric Medicine is seeking a dynamic individual with excellent clinical, collaborative and consultation skills to join the intradisciplinary inpatient palliative care service. Primary responsibilities include psychosocial assessment, crisis intervention, education and supportive services for patients with serious illness and their families. Must have strong clinical, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Our focus is to help patients and their families live as well and as fully as possible when facing a life-threatening illness.

Requirements/Qualifications:
MSW degree from an accredited program
Current Massachusetts license at the LICSW level preferred
Minimum of 3 years of health care social work and end of life care experience preferred
