LABBB Collaborative Hiring for School Social Worker/School Adjustment Counselor!

Location: Burlington, MA

Job Description: The LABBB Collaborative seeks a Master’s Level Clinician to work with students with complex educational, social, and emotional needs. The LABBB Collaborative serves special education students ages 4-22 within public school buildings in the towns of Lexington, Arlington, Bedford, Belmont, and Burlington. Our students require special education services due to developmental delays, emotional disabilities, trauma, intellectual disabilities, pervasive developmental disabilities, and related disabilities. We believe that when given the right supports, all students can thrive in their educational environment. As a LABBB Collaborative Counseling Department member, clinicians work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of special educators, behavior analysts, administrators, school districts, and families. Our ideal candidate will enjoy working in a supportive team environment and have experience utilizing trauma-informed, evidence-based strategies to support students with a wide range of learning and mental health challenges. The specific caseload may service elementary, middle, and/or high school settings and will be determined upon hire depending on candidate experience and program needs.


Master’s Degree in social work, psychology, school counseling, mental health counseling, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years experience working with children and adolescents.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive between locations during the workday

Salary: Dependent on experience but very competitive-starting minimum approximately $60k.
