Job Description: THIS POSITION IS IDEAL FOR BOTH EMERGING AND EXPERIENCED PROFESSIONALS. Bela Luz Health, LLC is seeking part-time and full-time clinicians to join our thriving practice remotely. Compensation is commensurate with licensure and experience.

Job Responsibilities:

Maintain a minimum clinical caseload of adult clients (based on part-time/full-time designation).

Develop and implement treatment plans with comprehensive case consultation.

Coordinate care and engage collateral contacts as needed for the provision of clinical care.

Complete clinical documentation promptly, including treatment plans, progress notes, etc.

Adhere to best practice standards for clinical practice including providing evidence-based treatment.

Attend weekly peer consultation and staff meetings.

Requirements/Qualifications:

MA in Social Work or PhD/PsyD in Psychology.

Active Massachusetts Licensure(s) (*License eligible clinicians may be considered*).

Massachusetts Licensure, with Health Service Provider (HSP) designation Possesses exceptional clinical skills, is committed to ongoing professional growth, and values an environment that includes ongoing support and peer consultation.

Salary: $90,000 – $140,000 is the potential income for a full-time licensed clinician position.
