Position Overview: Attunement Counseling & Wellness Collective is seeking full-time
therapists for our virtual practice! Therapists will provide remote individual and group therapy to
clients of Attunement Counseling & Wellness Collective. Our remote therapy services include
treatment of children, adolescents, adults, and couples. We are currently looking for therapists
who work with children and/or adolescents, who have or are willing to obtain advanced training
in Art Therapy, CBT, or Play Therapy, who are anti-racist and LGBTQ+ affirming, and ready to
be part of an encouraging, fun and collaborative team. Schedule is flexible, but you must be
able to work until 8:00 PM at least two nights/week. If you want to be part of our skilled and

Reports to: Elise Gilbert Hall, Executive Director

Perform telehealth counseling services to clients of Attunement Counseling & Wellness
Collective, as scheduled, and in accordance with company policies.
Attend work regularly, reliably, and in a timely manner.
Maintain proper licensure and abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics
that are binding upon or applicable to the services performed for Attunement Counseling
& Wellness Collective.
Communicate with a client’s treatment team (i.e. PCP, psychiatrist, school, etc.) as
Complete written records for each client in a timely manner, including, but not limited to:
intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans, termination notes, contract notes, and
other forms or documents which may be needed or required from time to time by
Attunement Counseling & Wellness Collective or third parties in conjunction with the
treatment of the client within a timely fashion (by end of day Friday of each week). Keep
client files accurate and up to date.
Attend mandatory staff meetings and trainings as directed by Attunement Counseling &
Wellness Collective.
Conduct counseling services and client/community interactions in a professional manner
so as to maintain and increase the goodwill and reputation of Attunement Counseling &
Wellness Collective. Be respectful of and cooperative and collaborative with co-workers.
Other duties as may be assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:
Master’s Degree or Doctoral Degree in counseling or social work; and active,
unrestricted license (PhD, PsyD, LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC) in the state of MA or RI
(reciprocity in both states preferred but not required). LCSW’s also encouraged to applysupervision toward licensure provided.
Available to hold at least 20 hour-long client sessions per week, provided such sessions
are available and referred/scheduled by Attunement Counseling & Wellness Collective.
Must be punctual, organized, and detail-oriented.
Must be a team player.
Must be able to work independently on tasks assigned.
Must have strong written/verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
Prior experience providing outpatient therapy is highly preferred.

LCSW: $40 per session
LICSW/LMHC/LMFT: $55 per session
PsyD/PhD: $65 per session
$20/hour administrative rate for meetings/trainings/supervision
Quarterly performance bonuses
Opportunities for additional income in the form of developing/hosting workshops/retreats,
writing blog posts, and other marketing/outreach work.
10 paid holidays (paid at $140/day)
2 weeks PTO (paid at $140/day)

$250 annual CEU stipend
